Chord With Fermata
The shortest intro you can imagine are just playing a single chord, which is held until the singer starts to sing. The broken chord which is starting 'He's Got The Whole World' in this example can of course also have a longer arpeggio over several octaves or it may be without either arpeggio or broken chord, but just "right on".
